New Patients need to be over 18 yeras of age and are required to bring in a referral from their regular GP who has been seeing them for at least the past 6 months and their health summary showing their past medical history of current medical conditions as well as medications list. All patients are required to complete an intake / consent form before their initial assessment session. Please be aware that the medicinal cannabis is only considered appropriate after other conventional treatment options have been exhausted or are deemed unsuitable.
